Last updated: July 2024. These terms outline the rules for using PlayerXChange experiences and products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, pass our KYC/AML checks, and comply with your local NIL regulations to access the PlayerXChange marketplace.

Marketplace rules

PlayerXChange collectibles are digital access passes, not securities. You may not list counterfeit or unauthorized assets. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraud or policy violations.

Perk fulfillment

Perk inventory, delivery timelines, and redemption mechanics are disclosed in each athlete drop. PlayerXChange may substitute comparable experiences if a listed perk becomes unavailable.

Liability

PlayerXChange is offered "as-is." We limit liability to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations—your rights may vary.
